Tournament day
- 8:00Team check-in opensWaivers verified, packets and shirts picked up, lane assignments confirmed.
- 9:00Midway opensFood, drink, and merch tables open across the grounds.
- 9:30Opening ceremonyWelcome, team roll call, and Ruby, 101 years young, throws the first washer.
- 10:00Pool play, first tossEight lanes live. Three pool games per team, then everyone plays on.
- 12:30Lunch breakLanes rest. The midway does not.
- 13:15Pool play resumesFinal pool games. Standings lock when the last washer lands.
- 14:00The bracketsTop two from each pool into the sixteen-team championship. Everyone else into the consolation sixteen. Nobody watches from the fence.
- 15:30Semifinals & finalTwo lanes, one crowd. The centre court earns its name.
- 16:15Awards ceremonyThe Ruby Cup from Ruby's own hands, cash prizes, trophies, medals, and the first name on the banner.
